Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project plans and schedules for the production of equipment in accordance with Honda's quality standards and production goals Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of project deliverables Monitor project progress and identify and address any potential roadblocks or issues that may affect production timelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration and coordination of project activities Conduct regular meetings with team members to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or challenges Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines throughout the project lifecycle Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs Communicate project status and progress to upper management and make recommendations for adjustments as needed Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development Manage project budget and expenses to ensure financial targets are met Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improve project outcomes Participate in project post-mortem reviews to identify lessons learned and make recommendations for future projects
